The BA9221 is a 12-bit DAC.  The BA6110 is a very useful little single 
VCA/OTA chip, very similar to the BA662 that Rohm made for Roland.  The 5238 
and 5223 are opamps (I think - one of them may be a comparator).  The MF6CN 
is a switched-cap clocked lowpass filter.   You can get datasheets for most 
of these at the Rohm, Mitsubishi, and National sites, respectively.  I don't 
know about the other chips (the 9201 might be a 12-bit ADC).

BTW, the Akai S900 also has a bunch of these same parts in it (at least one 
of each IC per voice).
