Hi Carlos and all,

Oh you youngsters! :-) The circuit in question uses CMOS 4000 series,
the hobbyists favourite. The 4001 is the one you want. It goes by the
name of CD4001BE, HCF4001B, and other similar monicers. It works up to
18V, in fact the higher your supply is the faster it runs.
