 I was flicking through this month's issue of Audio Technology, when
oddly enough I saw a photo of a collection of some rather nice analogue
synths, which aren't usually featured in this magazine (if it ever has
synths, it has the likes of Korg Tr*t*ns and other workstations). I look
down, and there's another collection of ana synths, among them a
MiniMoog, Mono/Poly, and four of Rolands' SH series, and many more!
These, among others are the property of Josh Abrahams.
I doubt anyone outside of Australia has heard of him (I could be wrong,
I hear he's done pretty well overseas), but you may know the is song
"Addicted to Bass".
I found it so odd, in this computer-damned world of ours, that a
extremely successful techno artist is using original analogue
keyboards(as opposed to modelling synths ie. electribe).
