I master to Mini Disc and have nothing bad to say about it. Its sounds
very good to me, and compared to the price of DAT three years ago, mini
disc was a good deal which is why I bought one. Ok, now prices have
fallen on CD blowers, but mini disc recorders have fallen even faster
and make a good way to make cheap masters. 180UKP to make a digital
master with no computer in sight. In no way would I call it dud.
