OT sepaking of delay and effects..

I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with the ART Fx-1 personal 
desktop effects module thingy?  I see that its on sale at zzounds and was 
wondering if its a toy or if its actually a good deal..  thanks  (you can 
reply off list if you dont want to add more OT stuff to the list)
