Yes I have Ibanez DM1000 ddly and it has switch for range
selection and manual clk rate so when you change it during
cycle it produces crazy pitchshifting. It's only 900ms
but I hope I'll expand it more, once I get the schematics.

Unique it is. It has Coarse and Fine dly controls, LFO sweep
speeed and amount, Click sync rate, Feedback, and Blend mix,
with Slow/Fast, Forward/Reverse, Bypass and Infinite loop
switches.
I found that that RF chip is Reticon's 7th order switched
cap filter :-0 Maybe it could be replaced with some simple
opamps/two caps/4066 switch style filter? Make
VC clk and Lfo and make it in rack. Expand memory with DRAMs.
Wich reminds me: is there a way to use standard PC RAM chips
instead those DRAMs in some dlys? I think JamMan uses them?
I think you can find some EH16 samples at www.tonefrenzy.com
