Hi Rob!
Hook it up to a current source, and measure the forward drop. As an
approximation for a current source a large resistor (100k) can be used.
This is what most diode settings in DVM do anyway, but you don't know at
what current. At best you should choose the current at which you measure to
be close to the current in the actual circuit.
