Hi all,

You often hear of people finding cool things at car boots and jumble
sales, but its never happened to me. However, I did manage to find 'The
Synthesiser, edition 2' by Robin Donald Graham. Its a four book set, in
a cardboard sleeve, covering all aspects of modular synthesis using the
Roland 100M. Its very well written and was published in 1981. Lots of
pictures and diagrams of getting the best of your modular 100M. And I
finally learnt the difference between the different forms musical
temperment.

And the best thing, I got it new, thats right brand new. It was sat on a
shelf gathering dust at a local music shop, for nearly 20 years! Price:
9-95UKP. But when I offered to pay, the guy told me I could have it,
because it wasn't worth anything. Bargain, at twice the price... as we
say around here.

On another note: the user guide and parts list has now been written for
the midiDAC, Trevor Page's and my midi to CV/gate convertor. PCB and
PICs ready to ship next week I hope. Full details at:

Cheers for now,

Tony Allgood
