drilling pcb's and health

Hi All !
I remember vaguely an article in New-Scientist mentioning similar
cases to asbestosis (there's another name, grr that memory) in people
having been extensively exposed to "glass-wool" and "rock-wool", and
it has to do with the size of the particles inhaled . Smaller than
or bigger than a certain size would not have this effect .
PCB dust is very fine, so the silicosis thesis sounds more
appropriate here, but what do i know :)
I wonder what is most harmful : breathing diesel-truck and aircraft-
kerosene fumes every working day, or drill some pcb's in my spare
time ?
Bye for now .
Keep 'em oscillating :)
