And sometimes you might want Pitch Bend not to affect all VCOs. Like for
simulating resonant strings of a Sitar.

But if you want different Pitch Bend sensitivities for bend up and bend
down things are getting complicated. This is a great feature, I wonder
why so many synths don't have it.
