I don't really know. I learned this from someone who does "repair"
multilayer pcbs every day, which includes grinding down thru the
material to the internal copper layers. He mentioned better not
inhale the dust, as it contains very small fibre particles.
I do not know if there is a real danger like with asbestos and the like,
but personally I rather be careful.
