Slightly OT: Digital Synth X3 Parts + Programmes

Hi,
        On my Korg X3 (Lovely synth...) The up cursor button needs a fair
amount of force to operate compared to the other buttons. Does anybody know
of if this is fixable and if I can get replacement parts.

Also, I am just having loads of fun with the phaser on a string patch. I am
trying to get a sweeping resonant sound. I have got the sweeping bit with
the phaser, and have got a fixed resonant sound with the Parametric EQ (it
works with the distortion as well) but I need the frequency of the EQ to
sweep in time with the Phaser. Any suggestions. I'll send a PGC file if
anybody wants to play with the sound!!!
