WEll, maybe if he openly said "Yeah, i got the idea from ______, and I
expounded or added to it", it would prlly clear things up pretty well..

I mean, if you are not going to give him credit for you ideas, at LEAST
admit who you watch to get an idea on what ppl want to see you build and
what will sell.

BTW, IMHO, I think Dieter does a great job and has great ideas, but OTOH i
think some of the brilliance of his ideas is lost in the execution..
But, I would rather buy something new from Doepher than from Korg. Nuff
said..

I actually commend the man. I realize what the difference is between great
ideas and actually getting them to market at a reasonable price. They are
important but seperate talents.

I think Dilbert said it best: " It takes many years of schooling and
experience to learn how to become a good engineer, but, if you want to be
the BOSS of good engineers, you can start work right now! "  ;))

Not to say that Doepher doesnt have good engineering, just that running a
business is very different than accomplishing great engineering feats.
