5 1/4 x 3 x 2" aluminum p-boxes Radio Shack sells for $2.79

(#270-238) If you don't want the rectangular shape and would

rather have a sloping case.

Take the box apart. Set the bottom (inset) piece aside.

Get a pair of sheet-metal shears.

Cut one end side of the top down to 3/4".

Widen the places where the folds come together on the

other side so it can be bent in.

Bend the side you cut off out and the folds you cut in.

Shape the top in a sloped stomp-box form.

Set the bottom next to the top and mark the shape.

Cut the sides then slide it back into the top.

You will need to drill new holes for the 3/4" high side

because you will cut the originals off.

JDR has 3 cheap die-cast enclosures (mxr type)

the biggest and most expensive being 7.5 x 4.3 x 2.4"

($8.99 - 3125C) 1-800-538-5000
