I use #60 and #70 tungsten-carbide bits in my Dremel press. The bits
cost over US$4.00 each, but they last for a long time. I usually end up
breaking one before it wears out from use.
Though lately I've gotten lazy--I'll send CAM files off to a PCB house
for just about anything I make these days.
