little OT : drilling pcb's

Either use Pertinax boards and HSS drills or fibreglass boards and tungsten carbide drills. A tip is to use 1 mm thick fibreglass boards (instead of 1,6 mm). They are sturdy enough but there is less material to drill. You still need tungsten carbide drills though.
