Boycotting Doepfer

Has anyone tried to contact Dieter regarding this?  Is it possible someone 
he's paying to design modules is just ripping them off without the Doepfer's 
knowledge?
Just an outside possiblity.  
You can also post your concerns at Doepfer's A100 forum at their site and see 
what happens.
