Well, I wasn't going to say much in public over this issue, but Synthesis
Technology
has rights to JH's modular designs.

Currently, the MOTM-420, MOTM-410 and MOTM-320 are all co-designed by JH
and Synthesis Technology, and royalties are paid to JH for every unit.
