Hi Martin, the short answer is.. There is no way to stop it. A slightly
longer
answer is a question... How much is it worth to you to stop it? Let me
explain.........

A few years ago the street kids in New York got tired of the fashion
industry ripping off their style and making a fortune with their ideas.
So they got together and started a little company named FUBU.
That stands for FOR US BY US and I just love the way it all worked
out. The "kids" now make the real money and the wantabes are left
to crumbs. We have a saying that goes "the only defense is a good
offence"...

I was talking to Harry one time and he said something like "We should
start our own synth company and we would be our best customers." and
I said something like "I think we did"...

I have found a metal-shop that can punch, silk-screen, and supply custom
hardware for panels. I am moving closer and closed to a real product.
I may be able to act as a sort of clearing house paying a royalty for whats
sold to who designed the circuit and supplied the art work. For example

In the latest CAM pcb sale the VCA6B sold 24 pieces at $10 each. That's
$240 total. JH should receive 10% of that because he gave me the idea.
That's $24 or 2 VCA6B pcboards.

Now if those had been complete modules selling for say $80 each and we
had sold 24 pieces that would be $1920. If JH had supped the art work ,
description set up files....ect. His cut would be more...How much more I
don't know.....Say 30% just to pick a number

So if we sold $1920 our cost was about $1000 so we made $920 and his
share would be $276.....

What I'm saying is. I'm willing to use EFM as a sort of middle man for
module sales to and for list members. But it means that I only proceed
IF I get 100% finalized material for the modules, IF money/share details
can be worked out, IF a standard can be set and IF we are willing to
support the effort and actually buy the modules produced..thats a lot of
IFs. It could be wonderful....So what's it worth?
