circuit rights violation

I was not so sure when the first J.H./Doepfer case came up, but now it's
obviously stolen. It just can't be coincidence , it's against probability.

How can we protect our intelectual property against violation/exploitation?

Send schematics on demand?
I think one can manipulate the email-address, so there would be not
much safety. There will always be a leaky subscriber...

Make the mailing list readable only for known subscribers?
How could we manage that?

Every new member needs a few people that are allready on the list
and who recommend to accept the newbie? This would exclude me, e.g.

It would be frustrating, if people like J.H. redrew their schemos
from the web and refuse to publish any new schemos.

I think all those actions would kill the list, draw all the life
power away from it.

So we can do nothing. We have to accept that other people make a bargain
with our ideas. Adding a copyright notice into the schematic is
hopeless.

I'm actually envolved in a law suit (other topic), and it is clear that
you can't really win, most probably both sides will loose something,
and even more, it seems that those who violate your rights will succeed
at the end.

Except one thing:

If this goes on, or becomes proven by schematics etc, I won't buy anything
from Doepfer, and I would encourage you also to buy somewhere else and
tell all your friends why it is this way.
