It seems to me that if Yamaha or whoever slapped us with a lawsuit 
every time someone bitched about something they'd have a hell of a 
legal bill--and a lot of BAD publicity.

I personally feel that if you can't stand up for yourself (or your 
product) and overcome unwarranted criticism, instead of just 
threatening people, you're asking for more. It certainly doesn't 
impress anyone. Quite the opposite.

If there's one thing I will NOT tolerate it's anyone threatening ME. 
You can quote me on that. Kill me.

P.S. Could someone move this thread over to AH? Then we could all sit
