Hellfire vs. Serge.... SUE ME?

I hate to air this in the open but DIY is also under threat. It concerns 
you all. 

I was going to answer this anyway but I now feel compelled to. I won't
bother you with the details but Eric isn't happy with my claim that the 
"the Serge wave shaper does all of this and more". Under threat of 
litigation for me and DIY (read Rick), I retract that statement and 
apologies publicly to Eric. That was really just my opinion and not truly 
a fact. 

I can say without hesitation that I have personally seen the Serge
circuit output a more varied array of waveforms than Eric presents
on his page.  I can prove this in court. If I have to.

I have no desire to bring trouble to DIY. It seems only Eric is allowed 
to compare his box to to the Serge waveshaper. So I won't continue
this thread. I urge you all to preface any statement with the fact that
it's your opinion. I assume IMO is enough of a legal disclaimer.
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
