Have you seen BCV61 and BCV62 from Infineon.com (Formerly Siemens) ? It is said that they are good current mirror pairs, they come cheap @ Farnell. SMD parts. Maybe a good way for J.H.'s 2040 clone and other good stuff. I think I should get a box of them. Has anyone tried a pnp dual type yet? Hitachi ? m.c.
