Triggered wave generator/piezo questions

I ran into a problem with this on my Snare+. Apparently, the coupling 
capacitor stays charged and you can't retrigger the circuit. I 
finally tacked a 100K resistor from -15 to the input side of the 
capacitor. Overkill, but it works for testing purposes now. Had me 
going for a while. I thought the capacitor was bad.
