   Do you (or anyone else) have any idea how the proportions are
   calculated?  An LFO capable of outputting multiphase sines would
   seem to be an interesting module. 

Were one of those folks in math class who said, "What is this?  I'll
never have a use for Complex Numbers!"  :-)
