Current mirrors

Hi everyone, 

I just ran across the BCV 61 and BCV 62, which are NPN and PNP double
transistors in the familiar current mirror configuration, but with seperate
emitters. 
They're made by Phillips. Four pin SMD outline. 

Should be useful for all those who roll your own OTAs.
