I'll see if I can get around to it tomorrow. This is the meat of the whole
thing although it's all pretty interesting

All I know is I got mine while the getting was good (about fifteen years
ago). I still don't have the complete EN, just the Guides and the latest
volumes. Sure woould like to have them rest of them.
