what is tempco...?

Hi again everybody!

This may seem like a stupid question, but someone tell me, what is tempco. Okey, I know it's resistor, but we are kind of stupid here in Finland, and nobody seems to know what it is...

People have guessed that it maybe ntc-resistor, but nobody can tell for sure...This pair of tempco's is used in mad mouses temperature compensation....
