Binaural beat synthesizer

Hi all,
I am looking for suggestions for accurate to .01-.05 CPS of a sinewave
producing device.
I have been experimenting with binaural beats in atmospheric electronic
music.
Sure it is kind of a fruity idea , but I find it interesting and
effective nonetheless.
Up until now, I have been using various analog synths, tuned with a
frequency counter and layered over a multitrack.
I am looking to buy, or build a device which, ideally can send 1 or more
sine/complex waveforms with a very accurate Hz readout display. It would
be great if it could output two waveforms at independently variable
CPS's with a 0-reletave infinity range.
There used to be a Hemisync synthesizer available when it was a new
idea.
BTW analog tone is imperative.
All suggestions welcomed.
Many thanks,
Richard
