Re measurements

Hi all,

I've done some rBE measurements as well, and here are my figures.

device   Re   beta(@10mA)

BC549B   1.2    190
2SC1583  1.3    260
CA3046   4.8    90

Beta has been measured with a little breadboard circuit. 
I must admitt that these figures have a large error margin.
As soon as I have a better DVM, I'll check the values again, 
and also test the 2SC3381 and 2SA1349.

But it showed to me what I've already found in my VCO 3, the 2SC1583 is 
a nice alternative to all the expensive duals.
