ODP: ASM-1 VCO U5-B

As i recall, he (Gene or Magnus) explained that he had one
opamp left in tl082 (dual), so it must have been connected
somewhere not to cause any noise switching problems.
I'd rather connect such thing to GND, but probably his way
was simpler from pcb layout point of view.
Besides you can have additional reversed sawtooth output.
