At Rene Schmitz's site you'll find the Elektor PWM phaser (not really SC,
but switched R, duty cycle modulated R).  This circuit was abandoned
due to fear of clock feedthrough.  Grant Richter's observations could
now lead to the interesting point: how would this PWM design sound with
audio clock?
