Please do not think I am criticizing any existing designs.
In retrospect, I realized the MOTM VCOs use a thermostated
design. I did not mean to imply that this design is somehow
less musical. Paul must have put a great deal of work into
perfecting a thermostated VCO and has every right to be proud
of it and the engineering smarts it takes to get there.
I am sure it performs splendidly and is plenty "musical".
