Probably only one here who doesn't know, but what is Serge NTO?
(I've seen an-299 but not this schematic)

I thought about using two tranny pairs from one 3046 and one tranny
for heater (like in Micromoog or Tomg's design) but not shure if
using substrate tranny (12,13,14) is good idea for heater?
