The voltage to exponential current convertor section of any oct/v oscillator
ckt can do this. But, if you want precision, then you have to go through
all that heating bullshit, or NTC thermistors, etc.
Just run the output into a resistor, and you'll have the exponential volts
you want.
That is, assuming you are wanting to drive a MS20 or similar.. your subject line
says 'HZ to OCT' , which is the other way around.
