I have an Etherwave too.  Of course, it is not totally fair to make an
apples-to-apples comparison as the Etherwave is more than twice the price
of the Theremax when including the case.  However, the Etherwave is a GREAT
entry level Theremin and works very well.  In fact, the instrument is far
superior to my ability to play it.  HAHA.
