You should really go into business with an attitude like that.
You could call your customer services department 'pest control'.

They didn't have to do anything, but if they hadn't they would have
deservedly earnt a bad reputation among people who care about the future of
classic synthesizers - the same analogue synth enthusiasts who stimulated
the market for Doepfers products in the first place.
Maybe you don't care, but that certainly doesn't give you the right to tell
anyone else what they should consider important.
Apparently in your case, self-control has been substituted with arrogance.

If a maniac with a gun went on the rampage thru' your local school, but was
such a bad shot he missed every kid he shot at, will you be there saying
'Jesus, he never hit ONE damn kid ! Give the guy a break !'

I don't agree. This was an important issue.
It's entirely your perogative not to agree with me, but I won't give a blind
