Another idea,
Why not influence and ask Roland to built synth around 3340? ;-)
At least theirs synths would be another interesting after 15 years of death.
To reproduce systems 700, Jupiter8/6... 8-)
It should be more intelligent than producing every six months a new digital
synthesis
trying to emulate vintage synths.
And this would produce a reason to some of us to stop a boycott.
Also, about the mail concerning using stars money..
I remember to have received few mails in the past from Hans Zimmer.
He is/(was?) on the list.
Considering his amount of system 700's modules, and considering
the rest of his collection, he should be interested.. But not enough money I
think..
I have been in touch with others but they were NOT agree to pay the price
that WE pay for vintage synth. Funny no? They make the benefits and we pay
the
highest price.
I know that some people here on the list have the best links and should know
who could be ok for that.
Also, about the suddenly two A100 sold of the last two days, why do you sell
it?
I really hope you won't sell it after the new 3340 surprise?
It is at least, anyway, a synth as interesting as a Roland system 100 and
others new or old Modulars.
I am getting sorry to don't be able to buy them.
Good luck,
Francois
