Yes. No problem to tune a VCO +/- 7 semitones with a single turn pot.
On my latest (JH-720) I spread the range around the center with two fixed
resistors in parallel, making fine tuning of unison easier (and tuning to a
5th
a little more difficult). I like it that way, and I wouldn't want a 10-turn

even for the same price as a 1-turn.
