I spoke to OnCHip (who have the mask for all CEM's) about two years ago, 
checked they're details.. the MINIMUM order for a re-run is 25,000 peices... 
2 years ago they were $20 a chip.. thats a cool half million us dollars...

You can see why I abondened my attempt to buy a couple of hundred, I could 
raise enough money from investors I know to get maybe 1000, but not 25,000.
