Hi ,
just been thinking about the recent postings about the Doepfer offer of
buying up old broken synths .
I know that they won't be the first people to do this [ maybe the first
modular manufacturer to do this ? ] , but it doesn't feel " right" for
them to do this .
After all it would be possible to get the CEM 3340 reissued [ though I
know it would take a lot of money [ and work by  Paul Schreiber ].
but I guess this indicates that the number of A 100 modules that they
would sell  would not be enough to justify it .
I think there are few enough synths out there anyway , so its a shame
that more may get taken appart for spares .
