Slightly OT- oscilloscope question

Anyone out there familiar with a Tektronix TG22r Oscilloscope?  I am looking
into getting one,
hopefully cheap, and was wondering if this would be an ok scope for my synth
rack.
It is 15 Mhz dual trace, 2mv/div and 20ns/div max sweep rate.  I am wanting
one mostly for
checking waveforms, voltage levels, noise etc.  I am a relative amateur with
electronics, but want a scope to learn on.
Any comments would be appreciated.  If this is too off-topic just email me
