You only have to find the 'fattest' pair of wires.
This is the 6.3v heater wire pair, usually.
Then put 6.3 volts to this from another transformer.
Then measure the outputs on the other wires (having previously 
checked which were connected to each other).

WARNING: TV transformers (or any consumer stuff) can be weird.
