uA726HC update - aug 9, 1999

Hi Analog ppl,

As promised, here is an update of the group order project for uA726HC.

I can't say if the news are good or bad. Posting the offer to AH
increased the
number of order requests, but not as much as I expected.
So far, I received orders for 65 pcs at $29.00, and for 55 pcs at
$38.00.

I think everyone agrees that $29.00 / pc is a better deal than $38.00.
Therefore, I decided to let the offer run for 1 or 2 more weeks (until
everyone
is back from holyday) and see if we reach 100 pcs. If we don't, I'll
simply
drop the case.

I only hope that ppl who already responded won't change their mind if it

takes too long...

Any advice / suggestion to make this project a success welcomed...
