Hi,
I ask few days ago for waveshaper resend; Now I found one more! It works as
frequency doubler and in simulator software it works from 20mV with
(relatively) little distortion. Only two Si diodes and two NPN (+few resis
and caps). I can post here small GIF from simulator (and file for EWB 5.0).
