advise you not do this.
Works if you are looking at a small current (like a bias line) but if
you suck a real amount of current, like in a MS10, you will have megaproblems.

If you have a 15v transformer, you can tie one side to ground, and make a
+ and a - half wave rectified supply, then use a couple of 3 terminal
regulators.
(the regs need 3v or so drop, and 15 AC gives you 20 or so peak rectified)

Unless you enjoy making regulated power supplies, recommend you look for a
surplus
one, or buy John Blacet's one (Blacet Research).
I don't know how much current a MS10 wants.
