I hope Tony doesn't mind me posting this, in conjunction with
another Moog Source owner here in San Francisco we have conspired to
convince Tony that re-producing the membrane pads for the Source will be a
viable venture that will benefit at least 50 Source owners worldwide! So
here goes!

Attention Moog Source Owners!! Here is your opportunity to purchase the
coveted membrane controller pad. As you may know, the Source is a unique
synthesizer that depends on the front panel membrane pad to controll all the
parameters and if it breaks, your whole synth is rendered useless.

In sponsorship with Encore Electronics www.encoreelectronics.com we are in
the process collecting names of people who would like to purchase a membrane
pad so that Encore can justify a limited production run. After the names
have been collected and verified, we will then request payment for the
number of pads that you would like to order. We only need 50 people
worldwide to commit to buying a pad!!! The sooner we get the names with
payment, the sooner Encore can go into production and deliver the pads. If
you are like most people you will want to order at least two of these pads
because when these are sold out, they are gone!

Each pad will sell for $150 or two pads for $275. Encore has assured us that
these membrane pads will be exactly like the originals with identical
graphics and vinyl overlay. The difference is that membrane technology has
greatly improved since the Source was in production 17 years ago. That means
you will greater reliability and a higher quality product for the money. If
you are serious about buying one, please email your full name, address,
phone number and email address to sales at encoreelectronics.com . Please
entitle the email as MOOG SOURCE MEMBRANE DEPOSIT
