PCB milling machines??

There is one here at school.  A friend used it to do the boards for a
project.  He made double sided boards, you just have to flip it over and
make sure it is aligned.

Expensive though, I think he said that the replacement drill bits are like
$20 a piece.  He went through something like 6 bits in the process of
making 4 boards.  I don't know how much the blank boards were, probably
expensive too...
