16bit AD/DA

Can anyone recommend some cheap 16bit ADCs & DACs, and a US supplier?  I'd
have thunk that the Digital Audio Revolution woulda made 16bits cheaper
than 12, but I'm having trouble locating any.  My usual parts sources -
Mouser & Digikey, don't seem to stock anything above 12bit.  I really don't
care about linearity or speed - I want to use them for CVs, and cost is my
primary concern.
