Slew limiter

This on is on my to-do list, maybe next week sometime. They called 
it a "vcslew s&h" now it's the "smooth function generator". I need to drop
them a note and ask if I can put some of their older stuff up on my page. 
Somehow I don't think they'll go for it, so I may just send it to people who 
want it. I try to keep current products off my space, I don't know how 
similar they are...it might be dead on.
